This is a very low mileage Civic EX 4-door in very very good condition, inside and out. Fantastic gas mileage ( I averaged at least 37 mpg highway every time I checked it). There are no mechanical issues with the car. It has new tires (put on approx. 5000 miles ago) and has about 1000 miles to go before it needs an oil change. The exterior of the car is in excellent condition with the only imperfections are minor paint chips on the bumper (very very minor and would hardly be noticed if you were looking at it in person)

This is a NON-smoker car and has been treated with nothing but respect.
I am the second owner of the car. I bought it last year with 33k miles on it from an elderly lady in a retirement community here in Arizona (Sun City). She owned it since new and only drove it modestly. I bought it for work traveling and put about 11k miles on it. I am not traveling anymore so the car just sits (It is a 3rd car in our family of only 2 drivers). This is a fantastic value of a car that will easily get you another 150,000 miles. You won't be disappointed with it.
